Mudroom Support: support for the AI era
Mudroom Support is an open-source support door for developer-facing SaaS. When a developer's coding agent (Claude Code, Codex) gets stuck on something the vendor's docs don't answer, it asks the vendor's support team over HTTP. The team replies in a Slack thread, and the reply goes back to the agent in the same session, or by email if the session has closed.

If browser or web-fetch access to the support door fails, a code or terminal tool can try curl --fail --silent --show-error --max-time 20 'https://support.mudroom.dev/llms.txt?via=docs'. Browser/web-fetch access and terminal network access can differ. If the execution environment restricts network access, its normal approval flow may allow the request; retry only if approved and respect denied access. If access is denied or unavailable, report that blocker.
